Return Policy

Our return policy is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -

  • A wrong product has been dispatched 

  • If the customer identifies a manufacturing defect on the received product.

  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

You can reach us at goofyshop.in@gmail.com to initiate replacements. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue. After we approve the damaged item, we will provide you the new one. In case you have received a wrong product, we will dispatch the correct product within 4 to 7 working days from the date you have given the parcel to the courier person.

Please note this point: We will be requiring the photo of original packaging and the damaged product.

We do not process refund in any case. We replace the same or any other product of the same or lower value in any of the above-mentioned cases.

Cancellation

As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at goofyshop.in@gmail.com or Contact us/WhatsApp Us on +91-7622003375 within 24 hours of ordering or before order fulfilment from our warehouse, whichever is earlier and we will be happy to assist you.

Replacement Process

  1. Our replacement policy is applicable within 10 days from placing the order and is applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product & Manufacturing defect. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at goofyshop.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 7622003375 to initiate a replacement.

  2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product to ascertain the reason for replacement. You can send us the images on WhatsApp -7622003375 from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

  3. After that we will send you the new one, which takes 4-7 working days to deliver.

NOTE: This policy is only for the orders placed on the official website, www.goofyshop.in. For orders placed on any other platform like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. this policy will not be applicable. Please refer to the policy of the respective platform.
